Landler
The failure of natural ecosystems poses significant risks to businesses, and they are expected to grow in the future. These risks include challenges in procuring raw materials, price volatility, and increased exposure to natural disasters.
The Landbanking Group’s mission is to assign economic value to nature and reward land stewards for maintaining and restoring land health.
Landler is a natural capital management platform that enables land stewards and investors to measure, manage, and invest in the natural capital of land.
I joined The Landbanking Group as a freelancer and after 6 months as their first internal designer, tasked with building the design team and their digital product: Landler.
The product circle had between 4 to 8 members with occasional design contractors.
Enabled the team to launch an MVP that could be used by early customers and pilot partners.
Transformed a group of collaborators into a cohesive, coordinated product team with clear goals and priorities by establishing team rituals and shared plans
Supported the design and product teams in navigating ambiguity and consistently delivering product features by moderating discussions, planning and hands-on design work
De-risked business hypotheses and product decisions through targeted user research.
