Led a team of four designers at BCG X building a contact tracing platform from scratch, web and mobile application, for HR teams, managers, and employees to manage workplace safety during the first months of COVID pandemic. Organised the team staffing people by feature complexity and individual strengths. Adopted Ant Design UI kit to increase delivery speed, complementing it with custom imagery to maintain visual quality. Kept sprint scope protected to maintain a consistent weekly delivery rhythm in a high-uncertainty environment.

I'm a product designer based in Berlin since 2017. Prior to that my curiosity has taken me from Milan to London, Amsterdam, and Shanghai. I currently teach Design for Social Impact at University of Europe in Potsdam, supporting the next generation of social-impact designers.
